    World War II pin "US Brother in Service." Pieces like this, known as "Sweetheart Jewelry" were worn by civilians to show that a loved one was in the military. This patriotic pin depicts an American eagle with olive branches and arrows in its talons, with the initials US over a shield of red and white stripes and blue top border. Gold-tone lettering, "Brother in Service" is inscribed on the blue portion of the shield.

    Wooden plank and bolt salvaged from one of the two Naval Air Station Glynco airship (blimp) hangars, built in 1942-1943 and demolished in 1971. NAS Glynco was located in Glynn County, GA. Attached to the wooden plank is description of the construction of the hangars.
